What is not allowed

Do not use Nexora to:

• upload a roster, contact list or personal data you are not authorised to use;
• send spam, unsolicited promotions or misleading invitations;
• impersonate another person or falsely claim to represent an institution;
• harass, threaten, discriminate against or exploit another user;
• publish confidential material, private links or another person’s work without permission;
• upload malware, probe security controls, bypass access restrictions or interfere with service availability;
• scrape accounts, rosters or public pages at scale without written permission;
• use Nexora to facilitate academic dishonesty, fraud or an unlawful activity; or
• misrepresent progress, evidence, payments, credentials or competition results.

Event and institution responsibilities

Organisers must limit uploaded data to what their programme needs, keep recipient lists accurate, protect exported reports and remove access when a staff member no longer requires it. Compulsory progress visibility must be disclosed to teams as part of the event process.

Enforcement

Nexora may remove content, restrict a feature, suspend an account or preserve relevant records while investigating a credible report. We consider context, severity, repetition and risk before acting. Serious security or legal issues may be referred to the relevant institution or authority.

Report a concern

Email akshitsingh@tonexora.com with the workspace or event name, the relevant link and a short description. Do not include passwords, claim tokens or more personal data than the report requires.
