Submit an account request
Checking your account…
How to make a request
For a roster entry, team workspace, event record or public project page—or if you cannot sign in—send a request by email:
- Email akshitsingh@tonexora.com from the address connected to your Nexora account.
- Use the subject “Nexora data deletion request”.
- State whether the request concerns your account, an event roster entry, a team workspace or a public project page.
- Include the workspace or event name and its Nexora link, if available. Do not send your password or an invitation token.
We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity or authority over an organisation workspace. Never send your password, verification code or invitation token.
What happens next
We will review the request, confirm its scope and respond within the period required by applicable law. If another organiser or institution supplied the data, we may need to coordinate with them before removing an operational record.
Account deletion removes access to the account and deletes or de-identifies associated personal data unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or an active dispute.
Data that may remain temporarily
Encrypted backups may retain a copy until the normal backup cycle expires. Audit entries may be retained in a restricted form to record that a security-sensitive action or deletion occurred. Content copied or exported by another authorised user is outside Nexora’s direct control.
Google sign-in
Deleting a Nexora account does not delete your Google account. You can also remove Nexora’s access from your Google Account permissions; this stops future sign-in access but does not by itself submit a Nexora deletion request.
